Hartford Ducks Bad-Faith Claim In Clearwire Coverage Row
A federal judge in Seattle on Friday dismissed Axis Surplus Insurance Co.'s claim accusing Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. of acting in bad faith by refusing to defend Clearwire Corp. in an auto-dialing class action, finding Axis cannot currently bring the claim in Clearwire's place.
