Comcast, Flyers Settle Ticket Holders' Winter Classic Suit
Comcast Spectacor LP, owner of the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team, has settled a proposed class action accusing it of deceiving season ticket holders, offering up to $1.1 million in vouchers to affected fans, according to documents filed Thursday in New Jersey federal court.

A New Jersey federal judge Monday refused to toss a proposed class action accusing Comcast Spectacor LP, owner of the Philadelphia Flyers professional hockey team, of misleading season ticket holders by deceptively excluding the outdoor Winter Classic game from ticket packages.
