THQ, Execs Agree To Pay $2.6M To Settle UDraw Suit
THQ Inc. and two executives have agreed to pay $2.6 million to settle class allegations that they misled investors before a failed plan to expand a Nintendo Wii accessory to other gaming platforms, the investors told a California federal judge on Friday.

THQ Execs Erase Shareholder Suit Over UDraw Sales
A California federal judge has dismissed a shareholder class action against two execs of now-bankrupt THQ Inc. brought after the failure of the company's plan to expand its popular Nintendo Wii accessory to other game platforms, saying the execs' "optimism" was not solid grounds for a lawsuit.
