Ex-Wendy's Manager Denied Class Cert. In Disability Suit
A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Friday that a former Wendy's International Inc. manager's suit alleging she was fired after requesting accommodations for her disability did not qualify as a class action because individual class members' cases would be too dissimilar from one another.
