Black Keys Settle With Home Depot, Pizza Hut Over Song Use
Rock band The Black Keys has resolved two suits claiming its songs were used in commercials without permission, telling a California federal court Tuesday that it had reached a settlement with The Home Depot Inc., days after announcing a similar deal with Pizza Hut Inc.

The Black Keys on Thursday sued The Home Depot Inc. and Pizza Hut Inc. in California federal court, accusing both companies of running commercials that use the rock duo's compositions without their permission.
