Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Thursday that it had reached a licensing agreement with undisclosed terms with Noven Pharmaceuticals Inc., settling a patent suit in Delaware federal court over Noven's bid to make and sell a generic version of the Lidoderm adhesive lidocaine pain patch.
