ConocoPhillips Co. on Tuesday broke free of a 4-year-old suit filed by a group of Chinese fishermen over a June 2011 oil spill in China's Bohai Bay, as a Texas federal judge ruled that the suit has nothing to do with the U.S. or ConocoPhillips.
