Walt Disney Pictures won a judgment Tuesday in New York federal court that it did not violate late horse-racing announcer Charles Anderson's right of publicity or copyrights when it produced the 2010 film "Secretariat," which documented the story of the legendary horse who won the Triple Crown 37 years prior.
