A Florida federal judge declined Wednesday to rule that the operators of a master's degree internship program didn't willfully flout federal wage and hour laws by underpaying nurse anesthetist students, saying the issue belongs in the hands of a jury.

Fla. Grad Student Wage Class Action Heads For Trial
A Florida federal judge on Thursday sent a wage class action brought by nurse anesthetist students toward trial, finding it's possible that the master's degree internship program could have taken advantage of the students.
