Medical device maker I-Flow LLC announced Tuesday it had reached a settlement with device distributor Progressive Medical Inc., ending a suit in California federal court alleging Progressive infringed on an I-Flow patent with its AccuFlo infusion pumps.

Medical device maker I-Flow LLC and its owner, Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc., delivered opening statements Wednesday in their suit against Progressive Medical Inc., telling a California federal jury that Progressive knowingly infringed I-Flow's intellectual property with its AccuFlo and AccuRx infusion pumps.
