U-Haul Slapped With $4.9M Interest In 'Pods' Trademark Row
A Florida federal judge on Monday permanently barred U-Haul International Inc. from using the term "pods" to describe its movable storage containers and granted PODS Enterprises Inc. $4.9 million in prejudgment interest following a $60.7 million trademark infringement verdict in PODS' favor last fall.
