Rap duo New Boyz and label Warner Music Inc. toppled a trademark infringement suit they faced from the Christian rock band Newsboys on Thursday, when a Tennessee federal judge found the plaintiffs failed to show that consumers were likely to confuse the two musical groups.

Christian rock band Newsboys lodged a trademark infringement suit Friday in Tennessee against rap duo New Boyz and label Warner Music Inc. claiming the rappers' name is confusingly similar.
