Urban Outfitters Can't Keep IP Suit Paused, Insurer Says
An insurer for Urban Outfitters pushed a Pennsylvania federal judge Monday to let it argue it owes no coverage of a $30 million claim that the retailer violated copyright held by the Navajo Nation, after the Third Circuit ruled recently the alleged infringement predated a second insurer's policy.

Hanover Ducks Coverage For Urban Outfitters IP Suit
A Pennsylvania judge on Monday ruled that Hanover Insurance Co. has no duty to indemnify or defend Urban Outfitters Inc. in a copyright infringement suit mounted by the Navajo Nation American Indian tribe, saying the contested marketing pre-dates the policy at issue.
