Nautilus Seeks To Duck Coverage In Reactor Defect Suit
Nautilus Insurance Co. asked a Virginia federal court on Friday to declare that it has no duty to defend or indemnify Strongwell Corp. in a suit over its allegedly faulty work on power plant projects, saying the poorly performed work was not an accident as required by the insurance policy.
