Blackwater Successor Told To Turn Over Docs In Qui Tam Suit
A Virginia magistrate judge on Friday ordered Academi Training Center Inc. to turn over 21 pages of unredacted documents to qui tam plaintiffs accusing the company of fabricating firearms training reports for employees tasked with protecting dignitaries, a month after the plaintiffs claimed the discovery may shed light on a key arbitration agreement.

Blackwater Successor Lied About Weapons Training, Suit Says
Academi Training Center Inc., the war zone security contractor formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide, fabricated firearms training reports for employees tasked with protecting dignitaries and terminated whistleblowers who alerted their bosses to the misconduct, according to a False Claims Act lawsuit filed Thursday.
