State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. and former Pennsylvania State University assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky on Tuesday settled the insurer's lawsuit seeking to dodge coverage for the coach's criminal and civil sexual abuse claims, agreeing that his homeowners policy wasn't triggered.
