Lab's Insurer Ducks Coverage For Suit Over Dead Horses
A Florida federal judge ruled Friday that Cincinnati Insurance Co. has no duty to defend pharmacy Franck's Lab Inc. and one of its employees in a state lawsuit over a nutrition supplement that killed 21 horses on the Venezuelan national polo team, which recently resulted in a $2.5 million jury verdict.

Insurance Co. Says It's Not Liable For Horse Deaths
Florida pharmacy Franck's Lab Inc. is not entitled to have its insurer pay for lawsuits over an error that killed a team of polo horses, Franck's insurer said in a lawsuit filed Thursday.
