Barnes & Noble Says Nook IP Claims Barred By ITC Ruling
Barnes & Noble Inc. on Wednesday urged a California federal judge to dismiss claims its Nook products violate a Technology Properties Ltd. LLC microprocessor patent, arguing a favorable U.S. International Trade Commission ruling is binding under a doctrine that protects an adjudged noninfringer from repeated harassment.
