    Sanofi SA subsidiary Genzyme Corp. filed a lawsuit Monday in Massachusetts accusing rival Shire Human Genetic Therapies Inc. of misleading consumers by issuing a press release touting purported clinical evidence that its bone disease drug is superior to Genzyme's market-leading Cerezyme.
