Groupon Can't Get Peer-To-Peer IP Case Moved Out Of Texas
A Texas federal judge has refused to change the location of digital marketing company Blue Calypso Inc.'s suit claiming Groupon Inc. infringed its patents related to peer-to-peer advertising technology, saying Groupon hadn't proved Illinois would be a more convenient venue.
