Law firm Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP was hit Wednesday with a legal malpractice suit in New Hampshire federal court by a man who claimed that the firm failed to inform him of a conflict of interest when it represented him in an underlying suit over the sale of a Massachusetts warehouse.
