A New York federal judge on Monday dismissed a libel suit filed by billionaire Sheldon Adelson, the CEO of Las Vegas Sands Corp., against a Dallas attorney accused of maligning the hotelier in an online post that suggested Adelson had allowed prostitution at his properties in Macau.
