Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. has settled two patent infringement lawsuits against drugmakers Perrigo Co. and Paddock Laboratories LLC, which attempted to market a generic version of its acetaminophen-overdose treatment Acetadote.

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Thursday continued its campaign to protect its acetaminophen-overdose treatment Acetadote from challengers, accusing generics maker Perrigo Co. of patent infringement in Illinois federal court.
