Exercise apparel giant Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. on Tuesday settled its yoga pant design dispute with Calvin Klein Inc. and its supplier G-III Apparel Group Ltd., which it had accused of selling exercise pants that infringed three Lululemon patents.

Yoga and exercise clothing company Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. sued Calvin Klein Inc. in Delaware federal court on Monday, claiming the fashion brand's exercise pants infringe three design patents.
