Swisher Hygiene Must Face Claims Over Merger Agreement
A North Carolina federal judge on Wednesday requested the transfer of one of the suits in multidistrict litigation that involves securities claims over a commercial cleaning services company's accounting back to Florida federal court, after refusing to dismiss allegations that the company breached a merger agreement.

Swisher Hygiene To Pay $5.5M In Shareholder MDL
Commercial cleaning services company Swisher Hygiene Inc. agreed to pay $5.5 million to end a putative securities class action over faulty accounting practices that led to restatements of three quarterly reports, according to a motion filed in North Carolina federal court Wednesday.
