Axis Says RealPage's Coverage Suit Flouts Mediation Clause
Axis Surplus Insurance Co. told a Texas federal court Thursday that RealPage Inc. ignored the terms of an insurance policy by suing over the insurer's attempts to recoup money paid to defend RealPage in a trade secrets and antitrust battle with another company.

RealPage Says Insurers In Yardi Row Can't Recoup Payout
RealPage Inc. sued ACE European Group Ltd., Barbican Syndicate 1955 at Lloyd's and Axis Surplus Insurance Co. in Texas Tuesday, claiming they have no right to demand the return of millions of dollars they paid to defend RealPage in a trade secret and antitrust battle with Yardi Systems Inc.
