New Jersey hotel owner Ratan Realty LLC said Wednesday that a $12 million federal breach of contract suit by CHM Partners Investment LLC that accuses Ratan of violating the terms of a purchase and sale agreement for an airport hotel must be dismissed because it doesn't state a claim.

New Jersey real estate company CHM Partners Investment LLC filed a $12.2 million breach of contracts suit in federal court Tuesday against the owner of a hotel near Newark Liberty International Airport, accusing the owner of violating the terms of a purchase and sale agreement.
