    Jury Favors ADT's Rival In $27M Alarm Trademark Suit

    ADT LLC fell short Wednesday in its bid to recover $27 million in business it claimed it lost due to a smaller rival alarm services provider's allegedly deceptive "APT" logo, after a Florida federal jury decided customers weren't likely to confuse the two companies.
