A North Carolina federal judge refused Monday to dismiss a suit RF Micro Devices Inc. filed against three former employees alleging they violated confidentiality agreements and stole proprietary company information, rejecting the ex-workers' contention that the allegations were vague and the court should abstain from hearing the case.

Wireless circuitry company RF Micro Devices Inc. on Friday brought a suit in North Carolina federal court accusing a group of former employees of violating confidentiality agreements by absconding with proprietary information about the company's products and business relationships in order to form a rival company.
