Baby Literacy Co. Reaches $185M Deal With FTC Over Ads
The Federal Trade Commission has reached a $185 million settlement with two of the three defendants in its suit over the alleged false marketing of Your Baby Can Read!, a program that claims it can teach literacy to children as young as 9 months old, the agency said Tuesday.
