A Florida magistrate judge on Wednesday rejected a bid to sanction Amgen Inc., Pfizer Inc. and Wyeth Inc. for failing to turn over information to a woman alleging she suffered infections as a result of taking arthritis drug Enbrel, blasting her and her lawyer in the process.

A Florida federal judge has trimmed failure-to-warn claims from a woman's suit against Amgen and two other pharmaceutical companies alleging she suffered infections from taking the arthritis drug Enbrel, saying her physician was aware of the risks.
