    Fairchild Semiconductor Corp. should pay $105 million in damages for infringing two Power Integrations Inc. patents on power supply chips found in many modern electronic products, Power Integrations told a California federal jury on Monday during opening statements in the rivals' high-stakes intellectual property trial.
