Darden Restaurants Gets 218,000-Member Class Decertified
A Florida federal judge has decertified a collective action made up of more than 218,000 servers and bartenders who work for a number of restaurants owned by Darden Restaurants Inc. and accuse the company of requiring them to work off the clock, saying the case doesn't involve uniform treatment.

Olive Garden, LongHorn Workers Sue Parent Co. Over Wages
Former servers at Darden Restaurants Inc.'s LongHorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden lodged a putative class action in Florida federal court Thursday, alleging the company violates the Fair Labor Standards Act by requiring employees to work off the clock.
