Ironshore Indemnity Inc. isn't obligated to defend John M. O'Quinn & Associates LLP against allegations that it mishandled hundreds of occupational silica exposure suits, because the firm knew about those malpractice claims before the insurer issued its policy, a Texas federal judge ruled Monday.
