Pa. Man Gets 12 Years For Oil Investment Scam
A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 12 years in prison after being found guilty of orchestrating a scheme to bilk investors by claiming he owned $1 billion worth of oil and controlled trillions of dollars in government bonds, according to documents filed in Pennsylvania federal court Monday.

Pa. Man Can't Shake Oil Investment Fraud Charges
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss the indictment of Richard Harley, who prosecutors accuse of attempting to defraud investors by soliciting money based on claims that he owned $1 billion worth of oil and controlled more than $700 billion in Federal Reserve instruments.
