Fuhu Targets Toys R Us Over Kids Tablet Trade Secrets
Tech company Fuhu Inc. brought a trade secrets and trademark infringement action against Toys R Us Inc. in California federal court Monday, arguing Toys R Us ripped off its Nabi tablet computer design in order to sell its own competing Tabeo tablet.
