A California federal judge on Friday rejected tech company Fuhu Inc.'s early bid to block sales of Toys "R" Us Inc.'s Tabeo children's tablet, a product Fuhu claims the huge toy retailer created by stealing trade secrets and trade dress.

Tech company Fuhu Inc. brought a trade secrets and trademark infringement action against Toys R Us Inc. in California federal court Monday, arguing Toys R Us ripped off its Nabi tablet computer design in order to sell its own competing Tabeo tablet.
