Stryker, Wright Medical Settle Suit Over Knee Implant Website
Orthopedic device maker Wright Medical Technology Inc. has settled rival Stryker Corp.'s suit accusing it of unfair competition and capitalizing on its trademarked knee replacement by launching a website based on the implant, according to a New Jersey federal judge's dismissal order signed Monday.

Stryker Corp. on Thursday sued fellow orthopedic device maker Wright Medical Technology Inc., accusing its rival of unfairly competing and capitalizing on its trademarked knee replacement by launching a website based on the implant that is designed to draw consumers toward its own products.
