A California federal judge on Thursday agreed to let a law student drop his lawsuit against the administrators of the Law School Admission Test because he doesn't want to hamper a larger case also accusing them of discriminating against disabled test-takers who request accommodations.

A California federal judge on Thursday refused a law student's move to block the administrators of the Law School Admission Test from reporting disabled students' scores to law schools differently, saying it was too soon for him to agree that "flagging" their tests is universally wrong.
