The parent company of Martin Midstream Partners LP and Arch Insurance Co. said on Friday they have settled their dispute over costs stemming from a shareholder derivative suit the energy company alleged it was owed under directors and officers policies carrying $10 million limits, according to a filing in Texas federal court.
