AIG Dodges Coverage Suit Over $1.4B Ameron Energy Project
A California federal judge Monday tossed industrial equipment maker Ameron International Corp.'s lawsuit seeking insurance coverage from an American International Group Inc. unit in a dispute over the corrosion of a $1.4 billion natural gas project, ruling Ameron executives hid their knowledge of damaged facilities before applying for insurance.
