Toys “R” Us Inc. and yo-yo manufacturer Yomega Corp. have settled a trademark infringement lawsuit in California brought by the Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp., which accused the companies of selling yo-yos that infringe the notorious motorcycle club's “death head” marks.

Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp. sued Toys "R" Us Inc. and yo-yo manufacturer Yomega Corp. in California federal court Wednesday, accusing them of infringing the motorcycle club's "death head" trademarks.
