Campbell Soup Loses Bid To Can GMO Class Action
A Florida judge on Friday rejected efforts by Campbell Soup Co. to scrap a class action accusing it of falsely labeling soups with genetically modified corn as 100 percent natural, saying federal approval of a related product does not preempt claims against the soups at issue.
