A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss a putative class action accusing ColorTyme Inc. and its Washington franchisee CMG Rentals LLC of selling computers enabled to intercept customer communications, saying that the companies routed information through Pennsylvania and so gave her jurisdiction to hear the case.
