A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday said she likely would allow plaintiffs suing the New England Compounding Center over a deadly meningitis outbreak to inspect its Framingham, Mass., facility, according to a plaintiffs' attorney.

A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday declined to rule on a request to prevent New England Compounding Pharmacy Inc. and others from dumping or hiding $461 million in assets in order to avoid judgment in class actions blaming them for a deadly fungal meningitis outbreak.
