Meningitis Plaintiffs Likely To Get Peek At NECC Facility
A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday said she likely would allow plaintiffs suing the New England Compounding Center over a deadly meningitis outbreak to inspect its Framingham, Mass., facility, according to a plaintiffs' attorney.
