A Delaware federal judge on Monday signed off on a settlement reached between bankrupt chemical conglomerate W.R. Grace & Co. and Propex Operating Co. LLC, ending a patent infringement lawsuit claiming Propex infringed technology used in W.R. Grace's reinforcing fibers for concrete structures.
