'Angry Birds' Maker Denied Sales Ban In Stuffed Toy IP Suit
A California federal judge on Tuesday said Rovio Entertainment Ltd., the maker of the popular "Angry Birds" video game, did not deserve a temporary restraining order against alleged stuffed animal counterfeiters, finding the company had not provided enough evidence of immediate harm.
