A Wyoming federal judge on Wednesday rejected the Biodiversity Conservation Alliance's claims that the Bureau of Land Management wrongly approved Ur-Energy Inc.'s plans to build a uranium mine at Lost Creek, Wyo., saying the bureau's environmental impact review was adequate.
