An Arkansas federal judge on Thursday granted conditional class status to a group of lower management Walgreen Co. employees who allege the company wrongly denied them overtime pay.

Walgreen Co. was hit with a proposed class action in Arkansas federal court Thursday by three current and former lower management employees who claim the retailer failed to pay overtime and improperly docked their pay for missing less than a full day of work.
