Pa. Mining Co. Says Feds Illegally Holding Enviro Funds
A Pennsylvania-based coal mining company filed a suit Wednesday against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service demanding the return of more than $300,000 in fees it was required to pay into a wildlife conservation fund, which the company says have been declared illegal and unenforceable.
