An Arkansas federal judge found Wednesday that a putative class action accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Panasonic Corp. of concealing screen defects commonly found in Sanyo plasma televisions must remain in federal court, ruling that damages could potentially exceed $5 million.
